This company was very communicative even prior to my arrival. Both Delory and Clayton made the process for pick and drop off easygoing. They were so patient and understanding, made sure I was taken care of until the day I left. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z wypożyczalni VACAY CARZ. Rezerwacja była bardzo prosta i profesjonalna. Odbiór samochodu był również szybki, prosty i zgodny z ustaleniami.
Kaucja została odblokowana zaraz po zwrocie samochodu !!
Wynajęty samochód miał już swój przebieg lecz był dobrze utrzymany. Jedynym małym minusem są przyciemniane szyby. W dzień jest OK lecz wieczorem utrudniają jazdę zwłaszcza po krętych drogach Saint Lucia.

What a pleasure leasing from this company.. greeted us at the airport as soon as our flight arrived (no waiting/ shuttling to an off site location), the vehicle was as described in the rental reservation, easy contract execution (no hidden costs), easy drop off (at the airport) in our departure date, communication was easy throughout the reservation. Had an excellent experience renting from Vacay Carz and will be using this service again and recommending to all of my guests when I return for my wedding in 2027. Payment was easy and communication was extremely fast and informative before even arriving to the island. I booked through the website and prepaid for my vehicle and permit, and when we arrived at Hewanorra airport Delroy was waiting for us after baggage claim with our names on a sign. Pickup was a breeze with our car and permit waiting in the airport parking lot for us upon arrival. Delroy gave us a rundown of what driving was like on the island, which was much needed for two Americans like ourselves. The Suzuki Vitara we rented was an absolute workhorse our whole vacation. For 7 days we drove it all across the island through mountainous terrain and I felt extremely safe every step of the way. Thank you Delroy and Vacay Carz for an amazing car rental experience, I definitely recommend using this company!
